This two-day educational retreat is designed to help you learn about the process and methods for cleansing the body using some very natural, health building principles.  At this event, I will also demonstrate making some very cleansing, healing recipes  that will be great to use during a cleanse or just to incorporate into your regular health building routine. While we will be making and sampling some wonderful “cleansing” recipes, we will not be engaging in a specific cleanse during the retreat. In other words, we will not be DOING a cleanse in the two days but learning about the process of cleansing while tasting and experiencing some very cleansing health-building recipes.  

A lot of information will be packed into these two days, as we investigate the process the body goes through as it cleanses and heals.  We will look at ways to encourage the body into cleansing mode; how to support the body during a cleanse; methods and "levels" of cleansing; cautions regarding cleansing; when NOT to undertake a cleanse and so much more.

The cost of this two day event is $199.00 per person which includes overnight accommodations
