 ur own food.  Nothing can be fresher and healthier than the foods we grow o
 urselves, picked ripe just before we are ready to eat.  Growing our own foo
 d also gives us control over which substances are used in the growing proce
 ss, so we can minimize our contact with the pesticides and chemicals used i
